Telecommuting or working from home or e-commuting is an arrangement whereby you work either from home or from a location near your home such as a library or coffee shop. While e-commuting, you communicate with your employees via telephone or emails. Additionally, when telecommuting, you only go to the office to attend a meeting or you go there when there is a specific task that requires your physical presence. However, with the availability of video conferencing, it might not be necessary that you should go to the office to attend meetings.
